I have been in practice as a therapist since 2012. Initially, I worked for a women's centre offering short-term therapy (eight sessions). This was part of a NHS IAPT service delivered in the community.
In 2014, I set up my private practice, which is based in Chorlton, South Manchester. Here I have offered short-term therapy (for an agreed number of sessions) and open-ended therapy (which continues for as long as needed) for the last six years. Since 2015 I have also worked online with a range of therapy delivery methods involving both text and video.
